Job summary

Ten Group in New York City is seeking a Dining Reservations Concierge to craft unforgettable dining experiences for our members. Based in our NYC office, you will manage reservation requests, liaise with restaurants, and share insights on the hottest venues to enhance every dining moment.

With at least 2 years in luxury dining or concierge services, you will excel at building relationships, using CRM and OpenTable, and staying ahead of seasonal menus and events.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years in luxury dining, hospitality, or concierge services.
• Deep knowledge of NYC dining scene and restaurants.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiar with reservation systems and CRM tools.
• Detail-oriented and able to tailor experiences for members.

Responsibilities

• Whip up personalized dining experiences by managing reservation requests with flair and attention to detail.
• Connect with our members over the phone and through email, sharing your passion for food and insights on the hottest dining trends.
• Stay ahead of the culinary curve by keeping up with seasonal menus, events, and emerging dining hotspots.
• Work hand-in-hand with restaurant partners, ensuring every reservation is flawlessly executed to meet our members' desires.
• Represent Ten at industry events, making connections and expanding our network within the culinary scene.
