You’ll book dining, entertainment, and bespoke travel, coordinate with top-tier suppliers worldwide, and ensure clear terms, proactive follow-ups, and a seamless client journey in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in travel or concierge service.
• Experience using a GDS travel booking platform (Amadeus, Sabre) preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients via phone, chat, and email.
• Log, track, and follow up requests end-to-end.
• Book exclusive dining, entertainment, and travel experiences.
• Coordinate with global suppliers to secure luxury offerings.
• Explain terms and conditions clearly before bookings.
• Collaborate with team members across regions to ensure seamless service.
• Stay informed on travel and lifestyle trends to enhance client value.
