Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a New York Evictions Attorney to manage high-volume eviction matters and provide strategic legal support to clients. The ideal candidate will be licensed in New York and have at least one year of NY practice experience, with eviction litigation preferred.

Strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills are essential. Knowledge of GCEL and Rent Stabilization laws is highly valued.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar.
• Bachelor’s degree required as part of the overall credentialing.
• Minimum of one year of legal experience in New York; eviction experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate a high-volume eviction caseload and provide legal advice to clients.
• Draft legal documents including complaints, motions and opposition, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in court hearings; prior courtroom experience preferred.
• Stay current on eviction law changes and trends, including GCEL and Rent Stabilization laws.
