Parkway Ford of Lexington is seeking a motivated New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team. You will assist customers in selecting the right Ford, demonstrate features, and guide them through the purchase with a smooth, friendly process.

No automotive experience is required; we will train the right person who has a strong work ethic, excellent communication, and the desire to build a long-term career in automotive sales. A professional appearance and positive attitude are expected.

Formación

• Strong communication and people skills.

• Willingness to learn Ford products and complete required training.
• Valid driver\'s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with selecting the right new Ford vehicle for their needs.
• Build relationships with customers from the initial visit through delivery and beyond.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and available options.
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers.
• Maintain consistent communication with prospective buyers.
• Work with sales management to provide customers with a smooth purchasing experience.
• Stay current on Ford products, incentives, programs, and vehicle technology.
