Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5+ years of retail/operations management and customer service experience.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads store operations and performance management across all areas.
• Attracts, selects, and retains a team aligned with Meijer culture and DEI.
• Daily communication with team; leads huddles on financials and customer feedback.
• Drives open communication and accountability within the store.
• Ensures product freshness, follows standards, and oversees merchandising plans.
• In absence of Store Director, oversees all store operations.
