Job summary

Mint Cannabis Co. in Portland, OR, is seeking an ambitious General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing operations of our new SW Portland store. You will oversee daily store operations, ensure financial accuracy, and drive team growth while adhering to OLCC rules.

The role requires a strong background in retail management, cannabis industry expertise, and proven experience opening new locations. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong background in retail management and cannabis industry experience.
• Experience opening new store locations preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, launch, and daily operational routine of the new store.
• Hire, train, onboard staff; manage performance and weekly schedules.
• Maintain OLCC compliance and inventory accuracy; resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee daily cash flow, weekly financial reports, and reporting to ownership.
• Drive high customer service standards and resolve guest feedback.
