Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in sales preferred.
• Must be 21+ and possess (or be able to obtain) a Facility Agent Card.

Responsibilities

• Lead 25+ team members, coaching on upselling and guest experience.
• Oversee shift operations, floor flow, and POS discount codes.
• Coach sales team and improve location metrics.
• Ensure inventory controls to reduce shrinkage.
• Open/close the store, cash reconciliation, and basic POS management.
• Ensure compliance with Missouri rules and inspections.
