What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform initial and follow-up sales calls to prospective and current customers
- Articulate the features and benefits of Ostomy, Urology, and ancillary product lines
- Track daily production and submit sales logs to the direct supervisor
- Meet or exceed monthly departmental sales goals established by management
- Assist customers with their orders or related questions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Availability for scheduled work shifts, including one late shift per week and one Saturday per month
- Ability to maintain departmental call volume requirements
- Strong attention to detail in daily tasks and customer account management
- Knowledge of compliance standards, including Medicare guidelines and HIPAA

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role within the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with medical supply equipment and its use and maintenance
