Job summary

East Troy Manor is seeking a clinically competent, registered nurse to oversee a group of patients/residents through the nursing process. You will assess, plan, intervene, implement and evaluate care while communicating patient status to the physician.

The RN will supervise care, ensure adherence to standards, and collaborate with the health team to deliver quality resident care on-site in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin or eligible by reciprocity.
• CPR certification.
• English literate with strong communication skills.
• Preferred: long-term care or skilled nursing experience; supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• Assess residents and report changes promptly.
• Document care in the EMR.
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.

Job Summary:

A clinically competent, registered, professional nurse who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients/residents through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention,implementationand evaluation. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, family members, responsiblepartyand other health team members, whilemaintainingstandards of professional nursing. The RN plans,supervisesand evaluatescareof each patient/resident.The RN ensures that the status of the patient/resident condition is effectively communicated to the physician.
