• Graduate from PLACE Launch and execute lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers and track activities in PLACE tools.
• Conduct multiple open houses monthly and convert prospecting activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities.
