Qualifications

• Active California real estate license required.
• No previous real estate sales transactions required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to prospect, generate leads, and consistently follow up.
• Coachable, motivated, and committed to professional development.
• Willingness to complete PLACE Launch and participate in weekly coaching and training.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable learning new technology.
• Commitment to providing excellent service to buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
• Conduct multiple open houses monthly based on team standards.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home.
• Demonstrate pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services.
