Job summary

Philips in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Machine Operator I to support new product introduction projects. You will set up and operate equipment, perform quality checks, and maintain product integrity in a regulated environment.

The role is first shift, Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm, onsite in Plymouth. Strong attention to detail, ability to stand for long periods, and experience with cleanroom production are preferred.

Job Title New Product Introduction - Machine Operator I Job Description This role will be supporting new production introduction projects at our Plymouth, MN facility.

Your role:
  • Setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, adhering to established process parameters, working under general supervision
  • Meticulously execute comprehensive quality checks according to defined instructions, ensuring stringent compliance with specifications and maintaining uncompromised product integrity throughout every stage of the production process
  • Actively communicate any disturbances or deviations encountered during production to the Manufacturing group leader, thereby facilitating swift resolution and minimizing operational disruptions, ensuring seamless workflow continuity
  • Operates all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment within the manufacturing group with proficiency, undertaking both standard and complex production tasks while meticulously adhering to instructions to uphold operational safety and efficiency standard

This is a first shift role working Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an onsite role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $20.00 to $30.00, plus overtime eligibility. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Additional Information

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Plymouth, MN.
