Job summary

RTX's Collins Aerospace seeks an NPI Operations Program Manager in Burnsville, MN to drive development-to-production transitions for new products. You'll engage early in lifecycles, coordinating Operations resources with product teams.

You will develop MTBP, assist with cost estimates, and ensure readiness for full‑rate manufacturing. Strong knowledge of SAP MRP, MS Project, and design-for-manufacture is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding product development to production transitions.
• Familiar with MT-BP, cost estimates, and transition plans.
• Knowledge of SAP MRP, Project Systems, PDM, and MS Project.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Operations, PM, Design Eng, and customer.
• Develop and maintain MTBP for new products.
• Coordinate Operations support during startup to production.
• Report on performance, risks, opportunities to management.
• Incorporate producibility, DFM, DTC considerations early.
• Lead cross-functional trade studies to increase value and profitability.
