Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (engineering or equivalent).
• Proven ability to manage technical programs with measurable business impact.
• Strong leadership in matrixed environments with the ability to manage complexity.
• Excellent analytical and risk-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project tools.
• Experience with SAP and manufacturing domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Program: Drive success of new product transitions within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate across NPI/NPT, Materials PMs, DFX, Manufacturing, and BU.
• Pilot Execution: Oversee early manufacturing builds to hit pilot milestones.
• Mitigate Risk: Identify and address risks to ensure smooth production ramp.
• Deliver strategic updates: Present progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
