Job summary

Philips is seeking an Assembly I in Plymouth, MN, to join a collaborative production team in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment. You will perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly tasks, follow SOPs, and participate in in-process quality checks to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

No prior experience is required; however, experience in medical devices within a regulated setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of assembly operations following work instructions, diagrams, and drawings.
• Complete in-process quality checks to ensure product meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Operate SOPs, maintain a clean, organized work area, and observe equipment shutdown and lockout procedures.
• Accurately measure, record, and document production data, including Lot History Records, per GMPs and SPNC Quality System.

Job TitleAssembler IJob DescriptionYou will perform a variety of repetitive and non‑repetitive assembly operations to produce high‑quality medical devices, following established work instructions, diagrams, and assembly drawings.Your role:Be part of a collaborative production team and work closely with quality control and other departments to meet daily production goals in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.Complete in‑process quality checks to ensure each product meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.Operate in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow equipment shutdown and lockout requirements.Accurately measure, record, and document production data, including Lot History Records, and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and the SPNC Quality System while keeping all required training current.You are the right fit if:No prior experience required, experience in Medical Devices Manufacturing in a highly regulated environment preferred.Your skills include reliability, detail orientation, effective communication and good interpersonal skills.You have a HS diploma or equivalent.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.How we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.
