Philips is seeking a New Product Introduction - Machine Operator I at our Plymouth, MN facility. The role involves setting up and operating machines to assemble and process products, while performing strict quality inspections and adhering to process parameters.

You will communicate disturbances to the Manufacturing group leader, operate equipment safely, and work within a cleanroom-like production environment as needed. This is an onsite first-shift role from Monday to Thursday, 5am to 3:30pm.

Job Description

This role will be supporting new production introduction projects at our Plymouth, MN facility.

Your Role

• Setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, adhering to established process parameters, working under general supervision
• Meticulously execute comprehensive quality checks according to defined instructions, ensuring stringent compliance with specifications and maintaining uncompromised product integrity throughout every stage of the production process
• Actively communicate any disturbances or deviations encountered during production to the Manufacturing group leader, thereby facilitating swift resolution and minimizing operational disruptions, ensuring seamless workflow continuity
• Operates all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment within the manufacturing group with proficiency, undertaking both standard and complex production tasks while meticulously adhering to instructions to uphold operational safety and efficiency standard

You're The Right Fit If

• You’ve have some experience in a cleanroom production assembly environment; operating/running machines is preferred
• Your skills include the ability to operate machines, troubleshoot issues, and stand for extended periods of time
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.
• You have a strong attention to detail; the ability to work in a regulated environment and understand Standard Operating Procedures; works will with others and independently
• This is a first shift role working Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $20.00 to $30.00, plus overtime eligibility.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
