Actalent is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex new product development projects within an expanding engineering and manufacturing environment in Pella, IA. You will translate customer and market requirements into actionable deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time, high-quality launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with SolidWorks and MicroStation.
• PMP certification or progress toward certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development programs from concept through production launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate customer and market requirements into actionable deliverables.
