• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to independently solve routine engineering problems and contribute to project deliverables.
• Handles moderately complex projects with some autonomy, escalating more difficult issues as needed.
• Assesses moderate technical and project risks, contributes to risk mitigation plans, and tracks risk status with some guidance.
• Offers technical guidance to junior technicians and engineers on standard tasks and shares knowledge within the immediate team.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate technical activities across design, fabrication, and testing.
• Review stakeholder requirements and drawings; support DFMA and material selection.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to optimize production methods and ensure repeatability.
• Identify technical risks and support qualification testing and documentation.
• Act as liaison with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to provide updates.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation and test plans.
