Job summary

Ewing Buick GMC of Plano is seeking Sales Consultants to join our growing team at our new state‑of‑the‑art West Plano dealership. You will assist customers with vehicle selection, test drives, and explain features, warranties, financing options, and post‑sale services while delivering clear, ethical closing strategies.

Accurate sales documentation and up‑to‑date product knowledge are required. We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, group life and disability coverage, a 401(k) plan, PTO,

Qualifications

• Automotive sales background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes models, features, value-add products and financing options.
• Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures all traffic rules are followed.
• Explains vehicle features, operation, warranty and servicing requirements for delivery.
• Maintains accurate sales documentation.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, accessories, financing options and promotions.
• Negotiates sale closure in a clear, ethical manner.
• Pass pre-employment testing including background, MVR and a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies
• Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures all speed limits all other rules of the road are followed
• Helps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements
• Maintains accurate sales documentation
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
• Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing that includes background and MVR checks and a drug test

Automotive Sales Background Is Preferred.
