This unique primary care role focuses on improving access for new patients, conducting initial evaluations, coordinating care, and helping patients transition to long-term primary care providers.

Position Highlights

Required Qualifications

salary range for this role is $109,500 to $164,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
