We’re looking for a friendly, confident, and service-focused New Patient Coordinator to help create an exceptional experience from a patient’s very first interaction with D.A.D.

This role is about more than scheduling appointments. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our new patients and will help turn that first phone call into the beginning of a lasting relationship. From answering questions and coordinating appointments to welcoming patients for their first visit and following up afterward, you’ll play an important role in helping patients feel comfortable, valued, and confident choosing D.A.D. for their ongoing dental care.

What You’ll Do
  • Connect with new patients by phone and other communication channels, providing warm, professional, and personalized service.
  • Build relationships with prospective patients and help them understand the value of establishing dental care.
  • Convert new patient inquiries into scheduled and completed appointments through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Verify insurance, communicate financial expectations, and help remove barriers to care.
  • Coordinate paperwork, records, radiographs, and other details needed for a successful first visit.
  • Welcome new patients, provide a five-star experience, and help them feel at home in our practice.
  • Follow up after the first visit to ensure a positive experience and encourage continued care.
  • Work closely with our doctors and team to create a seamless experience from the first call through ongoing care.
  • Assist with other front office responsibilities as needed.
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating great experiences. Strong customer service and communication skills are most important. The ideal candidate is warm, personable, organized, confident, and comfortable connecting with patients over the phone and in person.

Dental experience is preferred, particularly experience with scheduling, insurance, or patient coordination, but exceptional customer service skills are what matter most.

What We Offer

  • Paid Time Off
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits
  • 401(k)
  • Company-Provided Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance and Long-Term Disability Coverage

  • Supportive team environment
