Description
Dental Associates of Delaware(D.A.D.) is an independent, dentist-owned dental practice group proudly serving our community since 1975. We’re looking for a friendly, confident, and service-focused New Patient Coordinator to help create an exceptional experience from a patient’s very first interaction with D.A.D.
This role is about more than scheduling appointments. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our new patients and will help turn that first phone call into the beginning of a lasting relationship. From answering questions and coordinating appointments to welcoming patients for their first visit and following up afterward, you’ll play an important role in helping patients feel comfortable, valued, and confident choosing D.A.D. for their ongoing dental care.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating great experiences. Strong customer service and communication skills are most important. The ideal candidate is warm, personable, organized, confident, and comfortable connecting with patients over the phone and in person.
Dental experience is preferred, particularly experience with scheduling, insurance, or patient coordination, but exceptional customer service skills are what matter most.
For more than 50 years, D.A.D. has built its reputation on exceptional dental care and lasting relationships with patients and families in our community. We’re proud to remain an independent, dentist-owned organization where our focus is on our patients, our people, and the communities we serve.
If you’re passionate about people, outstanding service, and making a great first impression, we’d love to have you join our team!
Come help us build patients for life.
