Neville Foot & Ankle Centers is seeking a friendly, organized New Patient Coordinator to join our team in Texas. You will help new patients navigate scheduling, registration, and onboarding, answering inquiries by phone and email, and coordinating referrals and paperwork.

Responsibilities include collecting insurance information, explaining procedures, and maintaining confidential records while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced medical office.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical, healthcare, or customer service setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable working with computers and scheduling/EHR systems (ECW).
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
