You will facilitate scheduling, coordinate with clinical teams, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound patient calls.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments for new and established patients.
• Assess patient needs and route calls to clinical or administrative teams as needed.
• Coordinate patient appointments with providers to maximize scheduling efficiency.
• Ensure medical records and documentation are received prior to appointments.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the ECW system.
• Escalate scheduling concerns to Practice Administrator or leadership.
