Job summary

Florida Urology Partners, LLC in Hudson, FL is seeking a dedicated New Patient Ambassador to be the first point of contact for patients seeking care. You will help create an exceptional experience through courteous, confidential communication and precise appointment scheduling.

You will coordinate with providers and staff, educate patients on insurance, copays, and required documents, and document interactions in the ECW system while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in medical office, patient access, scheduling, call center, or healthcare customer service.
• Experience with ECW (E-Clinical Works) preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification and authorization processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound patient calls and scheduling.
• Educate patients on appointment prep, insurance requirements, copays, coinsurance, and documentation.
• Coordinate appointments with providers and staff to maximize scheduling efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Document all patient communications in the ECW system with accuracy and confidentiality.
