Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of medical insurance verification experience.
• Experience building rapport with patients over the phone is required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance benefits, gather intake documents, and submit authorizations.
• Act as liaison between staff and families to keep paperwork current.
• Provide outstanding customer service to guide families through intake.
