Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc. seeks an Admissions and Intake Coordinator in Bridgeport, CT. You will guide families through the intake process, educate clients, collect documents, and submit to our central intake team.

Responsibilities include marketing ABA services to diverse partners, qualifying leads, and tracking referrals to support growth and service access for children and young adults with autism. This is a temporary, in-person role requiring local travel.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare or mental health admissions.
• Must be able to travel locally and have reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Market ABA Therapy services to families, schools, physicians and diagnostic centers.
• Meet or exceed growth of client referrals and census.
• Qualify inbound leads as referrals and assist families with enrollment.
• Gather insurance benefits and intake documents for submission to intake team.
• Coordinate between staff and families to ensure paperwork and authorizations are current.
