Job description

About the Company

At Flow, we’re reimagining what it means to live, work, and connect. More than just a real estate company, Flow is a brand, a technology platform, and an operations ecosystem spanning condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces. We’re building a new kind of living experience: one that’s flexible, connected, and designed to create genuine community and real value for the people who call Flow home.

Our mission is oneness: prioritizing our residents and their experiences, and fostering connection with ourselves, their neighbors, and the natural world. By putting people at the center of everything we do, we’re creating vibrant, human-centered communities where life, work, creativity, and play all come together in one place.

About the Role

The New Neighbor Success Lead plays a central role in guiding prospective residents through every stage of the Flow experience, from initial exploration to the moment they move into their new home. Using a thoughtful blend of data insights, human judgment, and Flow’s proprietary technology, this role ensures that every individual or family discovers how Flow’s conscious communities can support their personal journey.

Flow offers flexible opportunities to live for 3 days, 3 weeks, or 3 years, and the New Neighbor Success Lead is responsible for understanding each prospect’s unique circumstances in order to tailor the Flow experience to their needs.

This is an on-site role, embedded in the daily rhythm of our communities. You will be on the ground floor of Flow’s business, learning the foundational actions and systems that shape our resident experience.

  • Direct prospects to alternative Flow properties when this better aligns with their lifestyle, budget, or timeline.
  • Enjoy selling & negotiating within a tech augmented sales process that affords more autonomy and accountability.
  • Own the full on-site sales motion, including tours, demonstrations, presentations, and closing.
  • Maintain accountability for personal workflows & outcomes using Flow’s proprietary selling suite.
  • Participate in product trainings, user testing, pilot programs, and feedback sessions.
  • Provide structured input into technology roadmaps through tour notes, insights, and real-world observations.
  • Represent Flow in relationships with local realtors, influencers and events that match well with Flow’s Brand ethos.
  • Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to diagnose needs and recommend solutions.
  • High degree of professional judgment, autonomy, and comfort making decisions independently.
  • Tech-forward mindset; confident using CRM systems, dashboards, automation, and workflow tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data signals and adapt approaches to individual client situations.
  • Collaborative orientation with comfort engaging cross-functional partners.
  • Resilient, proactive, and committed to the Flow mission of human flourishing.
  • 3+ years in consultative sales, hospitality, real estate, customer experience, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with autonomy in contract negotiation or professional-level decision-making is strongly preferred.
  • Real estate or housing experience is beneficial but not required.
Benefits
  • Health and Wellness Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance and parental leave benefits. On-staff doctor, free therapy through SpringHealth, acupuncture, an Employee Assistance Program, and other wellness offerings.
