Job summary

FronteraCare in Denver seeks a Lead Psychologist for Autism & Developmental Diagnostics to guide telehealth evaluations, set clinical standards, and lead a small caseload while growing a scalable program with partners in Operations, Intake, and Product. You will perform ADOS-based assessments, mentor staff, and collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success to improve tools and workflows.

Occasional travel to New Mexico and frequent Denver visits support our mission to expand pediatric

Qualifications

Doctoral-level psychologist with autism and developmental evaluation experience.
Experience in telehealth-based assessments and ADOS administration.
Proven leadership and mentoring of clinical teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the go-to resource for clinical questions, screener guidance, and evaluation standards.
Define best practices for accessible telehealth autism evaluations.
Carry a modest caseload to stay grounded in the work.
Lead onboarding and calibration for new psychologists and speech-language pathologists.
Partner with Intake and Operations to optimize workflows and scheduling.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product on report tools and workflows.
Represent the clinical perspective in scaling, tooling, and service design.
Occasional travel to New Mexico and frequent visits to Denver.
