Frontera Health, Inc. is seeking a Community & Referral Development Lead to grow pediatric behavioral health services in New Mexico.

You will design and execute strategies to drive referrals for FronteraCare’s FDx evaluations and ABA services, partnering with pediatricians, schools, clinics, and practices that serve families daily. The role sits within the Growth team and requires tailoring outreach to diverse communities across New Mexico.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, community development, business development, partnerships or outreach.
• Proven track record of driving growth through strategic relationships and partnerships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build authentic relationships.
• Highly organized and self-motivated in a fast-moving environment.
• Demonstrated cultural awareness, with ability to work across diverse communities in New Mexico.
• Passionate about improving access to care for families and children.
• Experience launching new markets, territories, programs or businesses with limited infrastructure.
• Based in, or willing to be based in New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a creative market strategy to drive referral volume for FDx evaluations and ABA services in New Mexico.
• Conduct market research to understand referral dynamics and partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, clinics, early intervention programs, psychologists, and school-based sources.
• Lead new market launches in New Mexico by building partnerships and brand awareness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operations, marketing, and intake teams to ensure referrals convert.
• Track performance against referral-volume and network-build metrics and adjust strategy.
• Leverage technology and marketing tools to broaden Frontera's reach and brand presence.
