Job summary

CopilotIQ+Biofourmis is seeking an outbound enrollment specialist to engage eligible members for chronic care programs. You will use approved messaging to guide members through enrollment and answer questions with professionalism.

The role requires handling a high-volume call load (around 150 calls per day) and achieving daily enrollment targets while documenting activity in company systems. A remote, performance-based environment supports independent work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in outbound calling, inside sales, call center, customer service, or patient outreach preferred.
• Experience in high-volume outbound call environments preferred.
• Comfortable making 150 calls per day in performance-based roles.
• Strong ability to follow approved messaging and word tracks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong ability to follow tactical word tracks and approved messaging
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Experience in healthcare, health plans, chronic care, or remote patient monitoring
• Familiarity with CRM, dialer, or outreach platforms
