Job summary

CopilotIQ is looking for a motivated New Member Specialist to engage eligible members for chronic care programs. In this fully remote position, you'll be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to assist in member enrollment and ensure program benefits are clearly communicated.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, and experience in outbound calling or customer service. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in outbound calling or related fields preferred.
• Strong ability to follow approved messaging in calls.
• Comfortable making 150 calls per day.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls for chronic care program enrollment.
• Achieve a target of 6 or more new enrolled members per day.
• Accurately document call outcomes in company systems.
