Job summary

CopilotIQ+Biofourmis is seeking a dedicated LPN to support new member enrollment, ensure accurate medical histories, and educate members on program details and device usage. You will work closely with the Provider Team and handle high-volume calls with empathy in a home-health telehealth setting.

Requirements

• Current, active, unrestricted LPN multi-state compact license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on nursing experience
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Strong time management and self-motivation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and effective communication style

Preferred Qualifications

• Telehealth and chronic care management experience
• EHR experience, specifically AthenaHealth
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience navigating multiple computer applications and using Macbooks
