Job summary

First Children Services in Sicklerville, NJ is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized support plans across settings such as schools, clinics, homes and community environments.

You will collaborate with a supervising BCBA, collect data, document sessions promptly, and help clients develop communication and behavioral skills. Training phase offers variety; post-training permanent placements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT Credential.
• 1 year minimum of working with children.
• Comfortable with using technology for daily documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Willingness to accept and implement feedback.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and run during shift.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with client in independent and group settings.
• Read and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect session data and submit documentation in a timely manner.
• Support healthy communication, social and behavioral skills.
• Provide interactive therapeutic support to extinguish or minimize maladaptive behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to increase positive behavioral outcomes.
