Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator for New Installation in Nashville, TN. This role focuses on coordinating administrative tasks for the branch New Installation operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective performance across the department.

Key duties include processing booking packages, updating JobSight, coordinating permits, preparing payroll documentation, and supporting weekly operation meetings. Prior construction admin experience is favored.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction is preferred and applies to coordinating admin duties.
• Familiarity with invoicing, payroll, and change orders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews booking packages and terms.
• Files and updates JobSight with project data and notices.
• Prepares permits and install forms; coordinates with managers.
• Schedules inspections and tracks project closeout documentation.
• Maintains daily, weekly and monthly operation reports.
