Qualifications

• 2+ years of high sales performance in home sales or related field.
• Entrepreneurial and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong sales techniques and quality customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a professional image.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance for business travel.
• Computer proficiency; CRM and office software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed company-established sales and closing goals.
• Meet and build rapport with prospective buyers and determine home needs.
• Convert community traffic to sales to meet goals.
• Follow up promptly with all potential buyers.
• Present lender value and achieve the preferred lender capture rate.
• Maintain knowledge of sub-market competition.
• Assist buyers through design, loan, start, construction, and closing processes.
• Communicate home features and design options clearly to customers.
• Utilize UMH sales technology, including automated contracts and CRM.
• Place and monitor on-site signage as needed.
