Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ history of high sales performance in new or existing home sales.
• Entrepreneurial and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and insurance for business travel.
• Computer proficiency; Brix and other office software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales and closing goals.
• Meet and build rapport with prospective buyers; determine home needs and interests.
• Convert community traffic to sales to meet company goals.
• Follow up promptly with all potential buyers.
• Assist buyers through design, loan, start, construction, and closing processes to ensure timely completion.
