Drees Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Trainee for the Raleigh Division. You will train on-site to become a New Home Sales Representative, shadowing an experienced pro in the model/sales office and learning the sales process.

During training you will gain expertise answering customer questions about products, financing, warranty, and construction. After training, the role transitions to salary plus commission with opportunity for growth.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years prior successful sales experience (retail or service environment a plus)
• 2-3 years prior customer service experience (retail or service environment a plus)
• Bachelor's degree preferred, related field ideal

Responsabilidades

• Understand and utilize all sales forms, procedures, contracts and policies
• Prospect for new clients and qualify buyers
• Present the company’s products in a professional manner
• Complete all sections of the Trainee Program Manual
• Demonstrate knowledge of product lines, subdivisions and facilities
• Greet prospective customers and demonstrate model home
• Ensure model home site is well maintained and presentable
