Job summary

The role requires on-site sales duties, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to lead sales staff and coordinate with the production team. Valid realtor licensure and a driver's license are needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; five years in home sales or a combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience in new home sales.
• Must be a licensed realtor where required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales/settlement quotas.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet prospective customers.
• Demonstrate model homes and explain features and benefits.
• Assist customers with selection of home site and options.
• Pre-qualify customers and complete contracts; assist with loan applications.
• Coordinate with production team for building process and timing.
• Follow up on loans, contingencies, and post-settlement activities.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and lead Sales Associates/Assistants.
