Metric Geo, in partnership with a Top 5 National Homebuilder, is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant in Greenville, NC. You will guide buyers through the new home purchase process, conduct model home tours, and build lasting relationships with prospective buyers.

You\'ll manage an active sales pipeline, meet ambitious goals, and collaborate with construction, mortgage, and title teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated to succeed in a commission-driven environment.
• Ability to work 3 out of every 4 weekends.
