Job summary

NVHomes, part of NVR, Inc., is hiring Sales Representatives for new homes nationwide. You will engage with buyers, showcase our beautiful homes, and drive sales with strong customer service and lead generation.

Training is provided, top performers earn well over six figures through commissions; the base during training is $34.62 per hour. Must be legal to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively.
• Current top performers have come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high end auto, or cellular sales.
