Job summary

NVHomes, the homebuilder brand of NVR, is seeking a Sales Representative for new homes. You will engage buyers, showcase homes, and drive sales. No real estate license required—comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

With a lucrative commission structure, top earners exceed $300,000. Starting compensation includes a training rate, transitioning to commission-based pay upon program completion. Strong interpersonal skills and a goal-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset are essential.
• Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively.
• Experience from luxury, pharma, automotive, or cellular sales is a plus.

• Successful reps hitting goals earn over $200,000. The starting salary while in training is $34.62 per hour as a Sales Trainee. Upon successful completion of the training program, position will be 100% commission based.
