Job summary

Mattamy Homes is seeking an onsite Sales Consultant in Dallas to generate and follow up on leads, guiding homebuyers through the full purchase process. You will develop community plans, identify Realtor partnerships, and educate buyers on all aspects of the home buying journey.

The role requires a results-driven, business-minded professional with 2+ years in onsite new home sales, excellent communication, and availability for evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of onsite new home sales experience.
• Proven ability to qualify buyers and close deals.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow-up on leads, educate buyers, and guide them through the sales process.
• Develop a community business plan with marketing strategies and Realtor partnerships.
• Educate buyers on community, products, mortgage, construction and closing.
• Qualify buyers for their community and communicate with the team to close sales.
• Attend meetings and meet sales goals, providing necessary follow-up.
