Kolter Homes LLC is seeking a motivated New Home Guide to join our Florida-based Sales team. This role guides prospective homebuyers through the new home sales process, aiming to generate profitable sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience from first visit to closing.

The New Home Guide will greet prospects, manage traffic, demonstrate homes, assist with selections and purchase agreements, and handle contingencies while maintaining open communication throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License is required.
• Minimum of three years of new home sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective homebuyers through the new home sales process and generate profitable home sales.
• Meet and greet prospects, manage sales traffic, and demonstrate homes using the established sales process.
• Assist buyers with home selection and purchase agreements, manage contingencies, and maintain communication throughout the buying journey.
• Build purchaser relationships and generate referrals, driving community traffic and broker meetings.
• Maintain the sales center and community presentation; provide market and competitive insights to the Marketing team.
