The Kolter Group in Port Saint Lucie, FL is seeking an Associate New Home Guide to support sales and the customer experience in Kolter Homes’ active-adult communities. You will greet visitors, lead model home tours, and share accurate information on floor plans, features, pricing, and lifestyle amenities.

You will maintain sales centres, prepare basic marketing materials, update records and schedules, and coordinate with sales and construction teams.

Qualifications

Customer service and client-facing skills with ability to build rapport.
Sales support capabilities including presentations and explaining features.
Organizational and administrative skills including records and scheduling.
Strong English communication, in person, by phone, and via email.
Interest in real estate, active-adult communities and lifestyle-focused development.
On-site availability, weekends/holidays as needed.
Familiarity with basic CRM and office software.
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business/marketing is a plus.

Responsabilités

Greet visitors, conduct model home and community tours, and explain floor plans and pricing.
Maintain sales centres and model homes in presentable condition.
Prepare basic sales and marketing materials and update customer records.
Manage appointment schedules and coordinate with sales team and construction staff.
Respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner and support events/open houses.
