Job summary

Pacesetter Homes, a unit of Qualico with a long-standing track record, is expanding its Texas sales team. The Sales Representative will drive direct home sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences from initial contact through closing, working in show homes or sales centers across Dallas and Austin.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of sales experience in new home sales, a valid driver's license, and comfort with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in New Home Sales.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for customers. Consult with prospective customers to assess their needs and requirements, and recommend appropriate products.
• Maintain relationships with customers throughout the home buying process and ensure their expectations are accurately relayed and priced.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting sales to existing customers and by identifying/soliciting potential customers.
• Find new and creative ways to market yourself and our homes to drive traffic while maintaining Qualico's reputation.
• Remain up-to-date with the specifications and ongoing promotions of market competitors, customer needs and market trends.
• Liaise with the project management team throughout the building process to ensure the customer's requirements are met and clearly communicated.
• Supervise, develop and provide guidance to Sales Assistants. Ensure clear direction is given and that work is carried out in a safe manner.
