Job summary

Pacesetter Homes in Pflugerville, TX is seeking a Sales Representative to drive the direct sale of new homes. You will provide sales expertise and ensure customers have an exceptional experience throughout their home buying journey.

Responsibilities include guiding customers, maintaining relationships, meeting targets, and coordinating with the project team. A High School Diploma and 3+ years in sales are required, with a valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in new home sales.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and SharePoint) and CRM or accounting software (Hubspot, NewStar).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for customers, assessing needs and recommending products.
• Maintain relationships throughout the home buying process and relay pricing and expectations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting to existing customers and soliciting new ones.
• Market homes creatively to drive traffic while upholding Qualico’s reputation.
• Stay current on market trends, promotions, and competitor offers.
• Coordinate with project management to ensure customer requirements are met and communicated.
