Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Junior or Senior year preferred).
• Strong interest in real estate, home sales, or construction industry.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Team in daily activities, including engaging with potential buyers and preparing presentations.
• Customer Engagement: Greet and engage prospective homebuyers.
• Sales Presentations: Observe the delivery of sales presentations to prospective buyers, learning how to implement our sales process.
• CRM Management: Observe CRM usage and learn follow-up with leads and sales activities.
• Contract Preparation: Learn about documentation and legal aspects of home sales.
• Event Planning & Coordination: Help coordinate community events, openings, and promotions.
• Training & Development: Participate in sales training sessions to deepen product knowledge and sales techniques.
