Alta Cima Corp, doing business as Factory Expo Home Centers and Factory Select Homes, is seeking a NEW HOME HOUSING CONSULTANT (Sales Associate) in Mesa, AZ. This full-time, in-person role requires Saturdays and offers base pay plus uncapped commissions with bonus opportunities.

The position guides customers through the home-buying journey, conducts tours, educates on options, and manages the sales process from inquiry to contract, delivering a professional buying experience.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• Commission-based compensation is common.
• Sales license may be required depending on state.
• Saturdays are required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming leads, inquiries, and walk-in traffic.
• Build relationships with prospective homebuyers and identify needs.
• Conduct model home tours, factory tours, and virtual presentations.
• Educate customers on features, floorplans, customization, and pricing.
• Guide customers through the sales process from inquiry to contract.
• Prepare and review purchase agreements and related sales documents.
• Maintain follow-up with prospective buyers throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with General Manager and Project Coordinators for smooth transitions.
• Deliver a professional, positive home-buying experience.
