Factory Expo Home Centers in Mesa, AZ is seeking Housing Consultants to guide homebuyers from initial inquiry through contract. This in-person role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities, with first-year earnings potential of $100,000 to $125,000.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, motivated, coachable, and able to work Saturdays. Training and ongoing support are provided, with strong potential for six-figure income in year two and beyond for top performers.

Qualifications

• Saturdays required as part of the schedule.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming leads, inquiries, and walk-in traffic.
• Guide customers through model homes, tours, and home selection.
• Educate customers on features, floorplans, and pricing.
• Prepare purchase agreements and pricing estimates.
• Maintain CRM notes and ensure timely follow-up with buyers.
• Collaborate with management to ensure a smooth post-sale transition.
