True Homes, the leading privately owned homebuilder in North Carolina, is hiring a New Home Sales Consultant to support sales across Elon-area communities. You will guide buyers through floorplans, financing options, and community details while building lasting client relationships.

The role requires 3+ years in sales, strong communication, and willingness to obtain a state real estate license. Weekend and some evenings are required; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales or client-facing experience.
• Active or willingness to obtain a state real estate license.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage prospective buyers in model homes and sales centers.
• Guide clients through floorplans, community details, and financing resources.
• Handle early sales conversations and set qualified appointments.
• Complete consistent follow-up and document all activity in CRM.
• Maintain a clean, professional, retail-ready model and community space.
• Capture photos, videos, and stories that highlight community life.
• Participate in sales training and professional development.
• Conduct basic competitive shops to understand market trends.
